Keynote Speaker I
Prof. Wei Xu, Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China (IEEE Fellow)
Wei Xu (IEEE Fellow) received the double B.E. and M.E. degrees from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2002 and 2005, and the Ph.D. from the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IEECAS), in 2008, respectively, all in electrical engineering. His research topics mainly focus on design and control for linear machines and drives. From 2008 to 2012, he made Postdoctoral Fellow with University of Technology Sydney, Vice Chancellor Research Fellow with Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Japan Science Promotion Society Invitation Fellow with Meiji University, respectively. From Oct. 2013 to Dec. 2023, he was one Professor with Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. Since Jan. 2024, he has been one professor with IEECAS and Director for Key Laboratory of High Density Electromagnetic Power and Systems (Chinese Academy of Sciences). He is IEEE Fellow and IET Fellow. He is the General Chair for 2021 International Symposium on Linear Drives for Industry Applications (LDIA 2021) and 2023 IEEE International Conference on Predictive Control of Electrical Drives and Power Electronics (PRECEDE 2023). He has been Associate/Editor for over ten peer-reviewed IEEE journals, including IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, and so on. He has authored/edited 12 books, published over 180 IEEE journal papers, been granted over 150 invention patents in the related field of LMs and drives, which has been cited by over 11,000 times with H-index 51 based on Google Scholar till December 2024.

Keynote Speaker II
Prof. Hesheng Wang, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China
Dr. Hesheng Wang is a Distinguished Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Dean of the Global College. Dr. Hesheng Wang received the B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology. Harbin, China, in 2002, the M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in Automation & Computer-Aided Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. From 2007 to 2009, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow and Research Assistant in the Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He joined Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an Associate Professor in 2009. Currently, he is a Distinguished Professor of Department of Automation, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. Dr. Wang is/was an Associate Editor of IEEE Transactions on Robotics, IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters, Assembly Automation, IET Cyber-systems and Robotics, the International Journal of Humanoid Robotics, a Senior Editor of the IEEE/ASME Transactions on Mechatronics, an Editorial Advisory Board in Advanced Intelligent Systems, an Editor-in-Chief of Robot Learning. He was the general chair of RCAR 2016, ROBIO 2022 and IROS 2025.

Keynote Speaker III
Prof. Rao Yunqing, Huazhong University of Science & Technology, China
Prof. Yunqing Rao is a Ph. D supervisor Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. Several national major projects, including 973 projects, the National Natural Science Foundation of China project, 863 key projects, sub-projects of national major science and technology projects, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology special sub-project of intelligent manufacturing, etc., have been presided over and undertaken. The 12 invention patents authorized by China have been obtained, five academic works and two textbooks have been published, and more than 200 academic papers have been published (including over 100 collected by SCI/EI). One second prize of the national scientific and technological progress award and two first prizes of the provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress awards are won, respectively.

Keynote Speaker IV
Prof. Junhui Hu, Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, China
Junhui Hu received his Ph.D. Degree from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Tokyo, Japan, in 1997, and B. E. and M. E. degrees in electrical engineering from Zhejiang University, China, in 1986 and 1989, respectively. Currently he works for Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics, China, as a full professor. His research interest is in ultrasonic manipulations, ultrasonic sensors and actuators, ultrasonic nano fabrication, etc. He is a Chang-Jiang Distinguished Professor, China, and an IAAM Fellow. He was recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists in the years of 2022, 2023 and 2024 (by Stanford University and Elsevier). He was an assistant and associate professor at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, from 2001 to 2010, and an R&D engineer at Tokin, Japan, from 1997 to 1999. He authored and co-authored more than 300 publications, including more than 100 full research papers published in SCI journals, three monographs, 1 editorial review in an international journal and more than 60 disclosed/empowered China and Japan patents. He is the sole author of monographs “Ultrasonic Micro/Nano Manipulations: Principles and Examples” (2014, World Scientific) and “Ultrasonic Nano/Micro Fabrication, Handling And Driving”(2024, CRC). He has given more than 40 keynote/invited lectures at international conferences, and his research work has been highlighted by 7 international scientific media. He served lots of international conferences as a Chairman/Honorary Chairman/Co-chair/Technical Program/Organizing/Scientific Committee member (China, USA, Germany, Japan, etc).
